Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy is for visitors to brightvize.com, the site operated by Gökaydın Turizm ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Ltd. Şti., and describes how the site handles data. The detailed explanation of the legal basis for processing your personal data under the KVKK, and of your rights, lives in a separate document — the KVKK Privacy Notice. This policy complements it rather than repeating it.

2. Data We Collect

The site collects two kinds of data:

• What you send us: the name, email address, phone number, province of residence, destination and visa type, travel dates and message you enter in the application and contact forms.
• What is generated automatically: the IP address, browser and device information and request time recorded in server logs — for security and error tracking.

The site does not profile visitors, does not run behavioural advertising and never sells the data it collects.

3. Cookies

The site currently sets no marketing or measurement cookies, and no analytics service is installed. Your language preference travels in the /tr or /en prefix in the address bar, which needs no cookie.

Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot protection on the forms, may place its own technical cookie in your browser and read certain device signals in order to work. It does so only to establish that a request came from a person; it is not used for advertising or profiling.

If an analytics or marketing tool is added later, this section will be updated and cookie consent will be collected where it is required.

4. Third-Party Services

A handful of external services keep the site running. Each one sees only as much data as its job requires:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and serving the site. Your IP address and request details are held briefly in server logs.
• Resend, Inc. (running on Amazon Web Services) — delivering form notifications to our office inbox.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — spam and bot protection for the forms, through Turnstile.
• Google Maps — the embedded map on the contact page. Because your browser loads the map, Google can see your IP address when you view that page.

These providers keep their servers outside Turkey; the transfers abroad section of the KVKK Privacy Notice has the detail.

5. Data Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, so form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. The form endpoints are protected by a per-IP rate limit, an invisible trap field and Cloudflare Turnstile verification.

Submissions arrive in our company email account, which only the team members working on the consultancy can reach. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure: please share sensitive documents such as passports and bank statements through direct contact with us rather than through the forms.

6. Children's Data

The site is not directed at children. If you are applying on behalf of someone under 18, you confirm that you are entitled to share their personal data with us.

7. External Links

The site links out to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links, that platform's own privacy policy applies; this policy covers brightvize.com only.

8. Your Rights

Your rights to access, correct and erase your data, and to object to its processing, come from Article 11 of the KVKK. All of them, and how to exercise them, are set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice; write to brightvisacompany@gmail.com with a request.

9. Changes

This policy is updated whenever the tools the site uses or the applicable legislation change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
